You can now go ahead and arrange them in folders and organize them the way you like. Once the copy is done, relaunch Lightroom CC to check that the presets are now available under the Presets menu in Lightroom CC. You can also do the simple Control+C and Control+V routine to copy the presets in Windows. Hold down the Option key on your Mac (control key on Windows) to make sure that the presets are copied and not moved. What you need to do is copy them over to the new Lightroom so that they are available on both older Lightroom Classic and newer Lightroom CC.
